The Call Center Loan Consultant (Banker) will be in training in office for the first 6 months, then can be on a hybrid scheduled after that, if in good standing. Hybrid schedule on weekly basis will be 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.
