About The Position

As a Call Center Human Resources Business Partner at arrivia, you will be a strategic partner in shaping the people strategy of a global leader in travel experiences. This role involves working closely with organizational leaders to enhance employee engagement, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong experience in labor relations, leave management, and change management
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing expert guidance on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Partner closely with sales and services teams to provide HR guidance and support.
  • Coach and mentor leaders and employees, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their professional growth.
  • Navigate organizational changes effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption.
  • Advise on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Leverage HR metrics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and optimize HR processes.
  • Oversee and administer leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation.
