Our Plainwell, MI location is currently looking for full-time Call Center/Customer Service Specialists to join our growing team. Our ideal Call Center/Customer Care Specialist candidate enjoys providing exceptional customer service, thrives under pressure, and excels in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

1+ year previous experience in customer service, sales or other customer focused fields
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Must have strong computer skills including MS Office and other standard applications
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a smile that can be heard through the phone
Accurate, organized and detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work some weekends

Nice To Haves

High volume call center experience preferred
Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) experience preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service while answering high volume inbound calls
Close and schedule jobs
Manage pipelines and outbound lists (no cold calling)
Provide detailed Salesforce documentation
Follow Modernistic call flow
Actively listen and address customer inquiries and concerns
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products & services
