About The Position
Ram Jack Foundation Repair is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with information about our services, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. As a leading provider of foundation repair and stabilization solutions, we pride ourselves on our dedicated team and industry expertise. In this position, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries regarding foundation repair services, appointments, and general information. You will also schedule service appointments, ensuring accurate and timely coordination between clients and field technicians. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and feedback using our CRM system will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with the service and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery, and follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on service experiences. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable and willing to handle a variety of customer interactions. While previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, it is not required.
