About The Position

Our continually growing practice is seeking experienced Full-Time Customer Service Representatives. Relationships start with our Call Center Team. Our Customer Service Representatives are the voice of our organization. The Call Center is the first point of contact for patients, helping them understand our services, why we are different, and preparing them for their first visit so they can experience an elevated level of service. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients feel welcomed and informed about their healthcare options. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for efficiently scheduling and rescheduling appointments, actively calling leads to maximize patient engagement, and accurately building and managing patient accounts. You will handle patient messages and outside referrals with care, respond to online inquiries promptly, and manage a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 700-1,000 per month) as part of a team. Additionally, you will make outbound calls as necessary to support patient needs and collaborate with Practice Managers while working cohesively with other team members. This position requires a positive, welcoming, and professional demeanor, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced and growing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, and being bilingual in Spanish is required to effectively assist our diverse patient population.
