Essential Functions What You’ll Do: Answer and assist inbound calls from new and existing patients Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between offices and staff Assist patients by answering questions, transferring calls, and updating account information Work with multiple dental systems to efficiently manage appointment schedules Maintain call quality standards and meet call center KPIs Demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring every patient feels valued Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour shift) We Offer Competitive Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Voluntary STD-LTD and Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay 401K Match Employee Discounts And much more! Requirements

1+ years of recent experience as a Call Center Representative or in an administrative role
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A passion for customer service and helping others!
High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Medical setting experience is a plus but not required
