As the company founded by utility operators, it is our goal to remain the industry’s top technical and customer service leader. The position is located at 3100 Cumberland Blvd SE. Ste 1700. Atlanta, GA 30339, with a schedule of 8:30am-5pm MON-FRI (WEEKENDS OFF) and a pay rate of $17.50-18hr DOE.

  • Provide customer service by responding to inquiries regarding product selection, services and issues.
  • Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via telephone, e-mail, written, and faxed correspondence within the department service goals.
  • Perform necessary follow-up to ensure customer service expectations are met.
  • Facilitate profitable growth and the sales process by adherence to department incentive and initiative programs.
  • Research and suggest alternative products to customers.
  • Provide representation of products, increasing sales wherever appropriate or as requested.
  • Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer issues including issuance of credit concessions.
  • Refer complex, non-standard problems to supervisor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel.
  • High-Volume Call-Center Experience preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background/drug test.
  • HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
