About The Position
Join Life Fitness' Customer Service and Support (CSS) Team as a Technical Customer Support Associate, where you will play a crucial role in connecting with customers and providing exceptional service. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a global team dedicated to inspiring healthier lives. As a Technical Customer Support Associate, you will report to the Customer Support Supervisor and be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through inbound calls and emails, as well as making outbound calls as necessary. Your primary goal will be to deliver stellar service to both domestic and international customers, including commercial and consumer clients, while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and quality. In this role, you will maintain contact with National Commercial and Consumer accounts, explaining and administering company policies related to customer service, such as warranty and return policies. You will also communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and work closely with various departments to resolve issues. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with part orders, processing warranty claims, and monitoring order statuses using ORACLE and other software tools. You will be expected to respond to customer correspondence promptly and proactively notify them of any issues that may affect their satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide general technical assistance to customers, utilizing your problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and guide them through solutions. This may involve entering service requests to dispatch technicians when necessary and demonstrating your ability to read schematics to troubleshoot technical problems. Your success in this role will depend on your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer interactions.
