As a Call Center Agent on the Customer Service Team, you’ll support the lead generation and sales teams by processing submitted leads — verifying homeowner information, confirming homeowner and advisor availability, validating product qualifications, and gauging homeowner interest. You’ll work with customers and employees across all Mad City markets and help assist them with starting their home improvement process. In this position, you will: Manage all appointments generated through face-to-face sources and enter them into the CRM Accurately document all call attempts, applying appropriate dispositions and detailed notes for each interaction Handle inbound calls from promoters and place outbound calls to reach unverified leads Participate in regular department contests and achieve both personal and team goals
