The Call Center Customer IT Support role involves providing technical and customer support for display products to customers in the US and Canada. The position requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers via phone, email, and live chat. The role is full-time with morning and evening shifts available, focusing on delivering high-quality service and support.

  • Provide customer and technical support for display products through incoming calls and internet requests.
  • Issue Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers.
  • Gather and resolve Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
  • Fluent in English with good oral and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of computer systems and components (both PC and Mac) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Some experience in customer/tech support or sales/repair service is preferred.
  • A+ Certification or equivalent knowledge is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in IT support (1 year preferred).
  • Knowledge of display products such as TVs and monitors.
