This role involves taking consumer deposit and loan applications over the phone, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining communication with members throughout the application process. You will be responsible for following up on leads, discussing application details, collecting necessary documents, and updating applications with final loan decisions. Additionally, you will identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to enhance member relationships and overall profitability. The position also includes processing inbound loan requests for Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs), where you will interview members to determine their needs and collect required documentation for loan approval.
