About The Position

This full-time fluent Bilingual (English/Spanish) position at AT&T requires the ability to converse in both languages. The role is based at the 10 S Canal Street, Chicago IL 60606 location. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the voice of AT&T, a global leader in communications and technology, focusing on redefining customer service and creating meaningful connections. This involves introducing the latest technology, services, and offers to help customers stay connected. The position specializes in customer acquisition, sales, service, and retention, providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty. Customer Care Associates earn $19.17 hourly plus uncapped commissions, with top representatives earning $62,280+ per year. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach sales and commissions targets
  • Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
  • Explain bills and product features clearly
  • Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed
  • Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
  • Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues
  • Work a flexible 40 hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime
