About The Position

Staffmark is looking for a professional and dependable Call Center Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll handle inbound customer calls, provide exceptional support, and assist with inquiries or issues in a calm, courteous, and solution-focused manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or call center preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and professional demeanor under pressure
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, even during challenging calls
  • Accurately document call details and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure excellent service
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Participate in an on-call rotation approximately once every 7 weeks
