Busy medium size law firm located in Greensboro is seeking a full time call center agent for our collections department. Candidate must have collections customer service background, ideally in a call center environment, handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast paced environment. Candidate will need to be well-versed in Microsoft’s suite of programs and data entry, able to type at least 75 wpm and be familiar with general office work including but not limited to printing, scanning, and mail machines. Candidate should be very organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a high volume workload. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time, in office position with a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability coverage, and 401k match. The hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
