About The Position
SVG Motors is a multi-location automotive group with six dealerships across Ohio. We move fast, set high standards, and reward people who show up ready to compete. If you want a place where effort and results actually matter, this is the place. We're hiring 5 Sales Development Representatives focused on vehicle acquisition. Your job is simple: find people looking to sell their vehicles and get them to SVG Motors. You'll be on the phones daily, reaching out to private sellers, following proven scripts, and driving a pipeline of inventory opportunities that fuel our entire operation. This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. You are the tip of the spear.

Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to private sellers in the local market
- Follow structured scripts and call frameworks (you'll be trained and tested on these)
- Create short video messages to engage sellers and build trust
- Set and confirm appointments for vehicle appraisals
- Track your activity and results daily — you'll know your numbers and own you'll own them
- Collaborate with our acquisition and management teams to keep the pipeline full
