Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding watersports activities and services. Provide accurate information about our offerings, pricing, availability, and policies. Assist customers with making reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate details to customers. Record and update customer information in the company’s database. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and confirm reservations. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service. Stay informed about company promotions, events, and special offers. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to walk on various types of surfaces including rough terrain, sitting, standing, maintaining balance, on the beach, and in the water, and working alone.
  • Must be able to work various work settings such as exposure to sunlight and outside temperature.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and emails.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Knowledge of watersports activities and equipment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and concisely.
  • Must be willing to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
