About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Call Center Agent to join our team! In this role you will get to contribute to the safety of the motoring public in New Jersey while supporting our New Jersey Vehicle Inspection Program.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience and customer service experience, preferably in a Call Center

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer calls for the New Jersey Motorist Hotline
  • Answering internal station calls
