Client Success Specialist I is the primary source of contact for clients enrolled in our debt settlement program. Candidate will work Monday-Friday 10am-7pm and their primary goal is to motivate clients to graduate (complete the program) by listening to their needs and providing them with a positive experience. CSS resolves simple to complex client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner using detailed knowledge of program, systems, applications, and problem solving-decision making skills while adhering to company guidelines and Debt Blue Core Values. The Client Success Specialist will report to the Client Success Manager.
