About The Position

Now hiring Call Center Agents with energetic and positive attitudes!! If you have standout sales experience this job is tailored for you! Full-time positions available. Hourly + Commission/Bonuses. Our Agents with their hourly rate of pay plus commissions and bonuses up to an average of $17.00 an hour. We also have 401k, Insurance, and PTO. Good work environment. Requirements

• Communication skills
• Strong Sales experience
• Following written/verbal instructions
• Easily learn and adapt to situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of sales experience
• 1-2 years customer service
• Call centers experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Build relationships with future members over the phone.
• Provide lifelong memories/experiences for future members.
• Make 200-250 calls to future members a day.
• Scheduling of promotional visits to resort locations.
• Knowledge of resorts, company policies, and qualifications (training provided)
