As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as a Virtual Receptionist, providing the friendly, professional voice our customers depend on, skillfully handling incoming calls and website chats. We're committed to delivering exceptional experiences 24/7, 365 days a year. This is a full-time, in-office position that requires availability to work a weekend day and holidays. This in-office position will be at either our Chesapeake, VA or Virginia Beach, VA location . (All interviews will take place at our Chesapeake office). In this role, you will create an exceptional experience for our customers by confidently and skillfully handling a high volume of incoming calls and chats. Operating in a fast-paced inbound call center environment, you'll utilize two screens to multi-task efficiently, accurately completing over 150 interactions per day while adhering to all service quality and performance expectations. Success requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all written communication, ensuring proper spelling and grammar at all times. You must also demonstrate reliable attendance and strict adherence to your assigned schedule.
