About The Position
The Reservations Sales & Marketing Agent responds to every guest inquiry professionally in a skilled, warm and engaging manner. This role involves answering and efficiently handling or directing incoming calls, maximizing opportunities to confirm room, dinner, and show reservations sales, and inputting room, restaurant, and show reservations in the appropriate computer systems. The agent provides callers with necessary confirmation and expresses the luxury standards associated with the Wynn/Encore brand, sharing information about the property and its amenities. Additionally, the agent listens and documents information accurately while on calls and handles reservations for amenities such as golf, spa and salon, or nightlife at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore as needed.
