Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Use of SAP and Salesforce (plus but not needed).
• Working knowledge of the medical/hospital setting required (plus but not needed).
• Experienced handling escalated/unsatisfied customers required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word.
• Detail-oriented, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in/outbound calls to notify potentially affected facilities.
• Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
• Adhere to provided script and messaging protocols.
• Data entry and management within provided database.
• General clerical duties.
• Perform research to schedule remediation trips for recalls.
• Maintain a polite and professional phone demeanor.
• Apply knowledge and skills to complete own work.
