About The Position

As a Services and Benefits Call Center Agent at CVS Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, members, and Health Plan partners. This position involves handling both incoming and outgoing calls, processing and tracking member orders, managing enrollments and reimbursements, and ensuring that all member files are accurately documented. In addition to call handling, you will engage in offline work that includes data entry, managing backorders, and performing other off-phone activities as required. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold superior service standards while adhering to call center service level expectations and performance metrics. You will also contribute to fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity within the organization, ensuring that your actions align with CVS Health's practices, policies, and values, as well as with state, federal, and regulatory requirements. The role offers opportunities for cross-training on additional services and benefits tasks, as well as programs across the broader Retail Customer Care team, to meet business needs. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home, with operational hours spanning 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM ET. The starting pay for this role is $17 per hour, with potential for higher earnings based on experience and performance.
