About The Position

The Opportunity Must live in/near Tulsa, OK. Training is on-site in Tulsa for at least three weeks, then remote work from home (WFH) is an option after meeting attendance and performance goals. Inbound call center Customer Support. If you have a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience, you can contribute to our world-class level of customer satisfaction. We need to talk! This position is the first line of contact to customers nationwide, helping people reunite with their missing pet. We answer 24/7, 365 days a year.

Requirements

  • Previous call center experience is REQUIRED (MIN. 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE).
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Reassure the caller who may be panicked about their missing fur-baby.
  • Serve as Avantive Solutions' frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet-parents.
  • Provide a positive experience for our customers.
  • Be part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities.
  • Adhere to daily schedules to manage inbound calls. (Daily phone calls may increase during peak periods.)
