Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or a closely related field of study.
  • 15+ years of I&C, Automation, and SCADA system design and implementation experience in water/wastewater market.
  • California Professional Engineer (PE) license.

  • 20+ years of experience.
  • Experience in developing bid and construction documents.
  • PLC/HMI programming, configuration & startup experience.
  • Experience growing teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Drive I&C and SCADA design and implementation services across the West Region.
  • Support a diverse portfolio of projects in environmental remediation, industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment, and conveyance systems.
  • Develop and execute SCADA and digital solutions strategies.
  • Contribute to proposal development and deliver high-quality engineering and construction documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce comprehensive technical deliverables, including system architecture, P&IDs, network diagrams, control narratives, and panel layouts.
  • Mentor junior staff and support project planning and budgeting.
  • Integrate electrical design to support I&C systems.
  • Program PLCs, configure HMI platforms, manage data collection and reporting, and author precise specifications.
  • Engage in regional travel for client engagement and site visits.
