About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician Field/ Lab Hybrid to join ATSNUC, an Accredited Labs company! Are you eager to blend your customer service experience with your technical and mechanical skills? We're seeking motivated individuals who exhibit a strong work ethic and a passion for learning. We are looking for both experienced and entry level technicians to join our team where your precision, interpersonal skills, and mechanical aptitude will pave the way for success! Location: ATSNUC office in Manitowoc, W. Work on-site at various customer sites. and in our office Lab.

Requirements

• Must have 1+ years of Nuclear Density Gages experience and Calibration experience.
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Have the ability to learn mechanical and technical skills quickly
• Can adapt to multiple different work environments and settings
• Are customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Are a person who is punctual, respectful, and honest with a positive attitude
• Have an excellent attention to detail
• Have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of principles, procedures, methods, and techniques in metrology gained through education or professional experience
• Knowledge and experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipment
• Associate's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical Fields
• Technical Degree or Certificate
• Military PMEL Training
• Metrology experience
• Experience with IndySoft

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and timely calibrations in the lab and on customer sites
• Perform routine and complex calibration on various equipment per company processes and instructional documentation
• Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures, standards, and protocols
• Working directly with clients with good communication to provide client updates on services needed
• Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
• Maintain calibration activity records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and to date
• Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support
• Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates
