About The Position
A Calibration Technician Level 4 must be able to safely complete monthly planned and demand maintenance tasks per assign cGMP procedures. This role is designed to ensure instrumentation maintains required specifications and reliability levels. This requires multiple skill sets based on electrical theory, instrumentation knowledge, trouble shooting, failure analysis (RCA), Lonza processes, education, software skills, and prior experience. A senior technician is expected to be able to provide instructions as a trainer to assist junior technicians with their training requirements. The focus at this level should shift to team development and process improvement methodology. Scheduled hours for this position are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on rotating weeks: Week 1 - Thursday - Saturday, Week 2 - Wednesday - Saturday. Overtime pay and annual bonus opportunity are available.
