The Calibration Integration Engineer serves as both a program integrator and a calibration feature owner. The primary focus of this role is program leadership - coordinating timing, resources, release processes, and technical alignment across calibration domains. The successful candidate will bring technical calibration expertise and strong leadership skills - a self-starter who can work independently, keep teams aligned, and drive issues to closure. In addition to coordinating program execution, the engineer will own a defined set of calibration features and maintain the technical depth required to deliver them. Flexibility is critical: while most of the job emphasizes integration and leadership, the engineer must also be able to step back into calibration work when program needs demand to support milestone delivery. This is not a people-management role; the engineer will not directly supervise staff but will support resource planning by rolling up headcount and workload needs for current and future programs.
