Join a collaborative team where your hands-on skills and curiosity drive quality and safety in a fast-paced winemaking environment. As a vital member of the operations crew, you’ll support equipment center activities—operating machines like grape skin and rotary seed extractors, hammer mills, pail fillers, presses and filters, forklifts, aerial lifts, and yard dogs—while helping build hose line-ups, move pumps, take tank gauges, and perform tank washing and general housekeeping. You’ll work closely with shift leads and team members to review schedules and equipment status, complete and communicate work orders in real time, and follow GMP, PPE, and all quality and safety procedures. We’re looking for someone who learns quickly, adapts to new processes, and embraces intrapreneurship and ownership—thinking boldly, taking appropriate risks, learning from mistakes, and holding themselves and others accountable. You’ll maintain attendance and timeliness, accurately follow standard operating procedures, report errors transparently, and support scheduled treatments, material additions, racking, blending, seed drying, and crystal repacking activities. Familiarity with Visual Management Boards and basic electronic or manual recordkeeping is helpful. We value diverse perspectives and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities. Reasonable accommodations are available for candidates with disabilities throughout the application and employment process. If you take pride in safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and enjoy hands-on work that supports quality craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you—bring your initiative, care, and reliability to a role where every shift matters. Gallo Winery is an equal opportunity employer.
