About The Position
As a Cake Decorator at Target, you will be part of the Food & Beverage team, which is dedicated to providing guests with a fresh, full, and food-safe shopping experience. Your role will involve ensuring that products are fresh, in stock, and accurately priced. You will engage with guests to understand their customized cake needs and deliver exceptional service. This position requires knowledge of cake decorating fundamentals, guest service, and food safety standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring sales, adjusting production to minimize waste, and following proper inventory procedures.
