Your role in the store will be to assist the Bakery Deli Manager in providing creative quality cakes to our customers.

Providing exceptional service to all clientele and sharing your knowledge of bakery deli goods
Creating beautiful custom designs with eye appeal
Maintaining proper stock levels of fully and partially decorated cakes
Ensuring focus on product quality and freshness and properly dating products
Maintaining, cleaning, and keeping proper signage in the Bakery Deli Department
Assisting with cake orders, inventory, ordering decorating supplies, and providing expert knowledge to customers
Being timely with orders and pick-ups

Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products
Must have dexterous use of both hands
Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items
