The position requires leveraging digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, making business decisions related to production and ordering, and adapting to new technologies. You will drive the performance of the bakery area by ensuring quality and date control, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events. Additionally, you will identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues.
