As a scratch-made kitchen with a passion for innovation and flavor, we offer custom cakes, wedding designs, and other artistic confections with a twist. Requirements

3+ years of professional cake decorating experience (including custom designs and intricate piping)
Strong portfolio of work showcasing previous cake designs
Ability to sketch and plan cake designs based on guest needs and company directives
Expert knowledge of cake structures (tiered cakes and support systems, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and a passion for precision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality
Excellent customer service skills for guest consultations

Responsibilities

Design & Decorate: Create high-quality cakes and other pastries using buttercream, flowers, airbrushing, and other decorating techniques.
Create from scratch buttercream décor using fine piping techniques to make flowers, figures, drawings and frosting transfers.
Custom Orders: Consult with clients to design personalized cakes for weddings, birthdays, special occasions and other catering projects.
Be a part of the delivery team as required for certain orders.
Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of cake trends and develop new, unique designs for seasonal offerings.
Efficiency & Time Management: Execute production schedule to meet order deadlines.
Collaboration: Work closely with the bakery team to ensure seamless production from baking to final presentation.
