About The Position

The Batter Up Bakery is seeking a full-time Cake Decorator to join their team in Temecula, CA. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of cake decorating experience in a bakery.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a time-driven, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, decorate, and ice wedding cakes, cupcakes, and special-order cakes.
• Create cake pops and chocolate-decorated cookies.
• Ice and stack multi-tiered cakes.
• Sculpt figurines, shapes, and cut-outs using molding chocolate and fondant.
• Occasionally deliver and set up customer wedding cake orders on weekends.
