The position is responsible for responding to customers, assisting other staff, cleaning and sanitizing the department, operating a scale and industrial mixer, properly filling and rotating products, and operating an air brush sprayer. The Bakery Clerk will engage in various activities to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery department.
