Requirements

Previous experience in cake decorating and deli food preparation preferred, but we will train
Strong artistic skills and attention to detail in cake decoration
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
F lexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
Must be willing to work until 6 or 7 PM as needed

Responsibilities

Decorate cakes and baked goods according to customer specifications and company standards
Assist customers in the deli department by providing friendly and efficient service
Prepare and package deli items, including meats, cheeses, salads, and prepared foods
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cake decorating area and deli section
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are adhered to at all times
Restock and rotate products to ensure freshness and availability
