Requirements

2+ years of professional baking or cake decorating experience preferred.
Experience with buttercream, fondant, piping, and finishing techniques.
Experience with tiered cakes and wedding cakes.
Artistic eye for design and color.
Ability to follow recipes and scale production accurately.
Ability to commute to our commissary Lansdowne, PA (Driver's License preferred).
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (30 lbs).

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts from scratch according to established recipes and techniques, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards.
Decorate cakes using icing, fondant, piping techniques, and other decorative elements.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, strictly adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
Possibly of working at our weekend events.
