Requirements

Brings at least 1+ years of prior relevant work experience in high-volume cash handling experience
Holds a high school diploma or GED
Takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality service

Responsibilities

Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to enhance their experience
Process monetary transactions with speed and accuracy—exchanging cash for table game chips, redeeming chips for cash, and ensuring every detail is correct
Protect the integrity of every transaction while maintaining a friendly, approachable demeanor
Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns with a smile, and make every interaction a positive one
