Executes guest monetary transactions in an assigned window bank while maintaining an accurate balance count of company assets while providing prompt, courteous, and excellent guest service. ï· Consistently provides prompt, friendly, and courteous service to guests; maintains a constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered by the Casino and informs the guests; ï· Maintain accurate handling of guest and company funds by processing all transactions and documentation by gaming regulations and company policy and procedures. ï· Exchange gaming chips and tickets, cash checks, and process markers and fills. ï· Maintain bank balance and safeguard casino cage assets during assigned shifts. ï· Responsible for complying with all casino’s internal control procedures set forth by Nevada Gaming Control Board. ï· Other reasonable duties as assigned This position requires multitasking and cash handling while providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for people who can provide an elevated level of customer service to our patrons while conducting accurate transactions and preparing required documentation. If you don't have the experience, we are willing to train those with potential and are eager to learn. There is also an opportunity for advancements as Cage Supervisors with higher pay are also dependent on experience and part of the tip pool. Starting pay at $18.50 an hour plus tips!
