Summary of Functions Responsible for an assigned bank of currency, and coin, uses multiply software programs; services and interacts with Casino guest by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians - State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and Northern Quest & Kalispel Casino Policies and Procedures. Safeguards Northern Quest Resort & Casino and Kalispel Casino bankroll. Maintains accurate bank balance more than $40,000 Sells and redeems player terminal tickets. Sells and Redeems Gift Cards through the IG system. Performs patron management functions including, but not limited to, setting up guest accounts, issuing comps, printing player cards, updated guest information, and redeeming rewards. Redeems Internal Payouts. Redeems Sports Wagering Tickets and adds and redeems money to the sports wallet. Redeems Promotional Payout Vouchers and promotional chips. Redeems table games chips. Exchanges foreign currency by accurately computing the exchange rate. Exchanges cash and chips for customers following specific cash and chip handling procedures. Follow current check cashing and credit/debit advance policies while processing checks and credit/debit transactions through the appropriate software. Works as a team with other team members to maintain the best service standards available. Assures that all items of value are secured when leaving the work area. Calls for assistance when any transaction is suspicious Notifies a supervisor in case of a discrepancy with a guest or any other irregularity. Assists with tracking all reportable transactions in accordance with Title 31 requirements. Maintains confidentiality of casino and guest operations data. Reconcile bank at end of shift and processes paperwork through the electronic cash management system. Provides exceptional guest service to all external and internal casino guests utilizing the principals of the core values Ensure control/protection of company assets. Maintains a neat and orderly working space to present a professional image. Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record.
