Core Responsibilities: • Ensure all New York State Gaming Commission regulations, Internal Controls and procedures are being followed. • Validation and payment of guest vouchers. • Process tax paperwork for jackpots. • Make change for guests. • Maintain a safe work and guest environment. • Treats each person, guest, or associate as an individual and in a professional manner. • Other duties as assigned. • Good communication skills. • Able to stand for the duration of shift. • Must role model company guest service program
