Ensure all New York State Gaming Commission regulations, Internal Controls and procedures are being followed. Validation and payment of guest vouchers. Process tax paperwork for jackpots. Make change for guests. Maintain a safe work and guest environment. Treats each person, guest, or associate as an individual and in a professional manner. Other duties as assigned. Good communication skills. Able to stand for the duration of shift. Must role model company guest service program
