Protects company assets, while dealing with the public in an efficient and courteous manner. Directs guests’ relationships and educates the guests on the benefits of membership in the Riverbank Rewards Club.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude, but are not limited to: Greeting customers with standard greeting Providing even exchange of cash and exchanges of receipts for cash Balancing funds and assets at the end of work shift Informing supervisor of guest needs which may require special accommodations Following proper check-in procedures at the start of the shift and follows proper check-out procedures at the end of the shift Informing supervisor when additional coin or currency is needed during shift Performing a wide variety of monetary transactions for the guest from the casino cage, and assisting in the safeguarding of company assets by ensuring all distinguishing job duties are performed according to established company policies and procedures Reading and understanding all policies, procedures, IC’s, Title-31, and self-exclusion rules and regulations Attending all mandatory training classes Maintaining the utmost integrity and dignity for self and others at all times Generating a customer awareness of the Riverbank Rewards program as well as any upcoming special events and promotions Maintaining up-to-date, detailed knowledge of upcoming promotions and events Accurately inputting player information into the players’ club system Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and provide guest with an exceptionally enjoyable experience Maintaining physical stamina and proper mental attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Standing for prolonged periods of time All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- To perform this job successfully you must have good keyboarding skills
- Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel. and Outlook
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be able to enter data, read and interpret output from computer
- Employee must have excellent guest and human relations skills
Nice To Haves
- prior experience in handling large sums of money are preferred
- A proven proficiency with computers and ten (10) key adding machines with some knowledge of computer keyboard are preferred
Responsibilities
