About The Position
Encore Boston Harbor – Casino Cage Cashier is responsible for chip, ticket, cash and check transactions in the casino cage. Other responsibilities include balancing of various bank drawers within the Cage/Credit area, maintaining accuracy throughout all phases of the balancing process, and maintaining confidentiality of casino cage transactions. Cage Cashier is responsible for issuing and cashing wagering tickets, as well as making sure appropriate materials (racing forms, scratch/odds sheets, and wagering guides) are fully stocked in their designated areas. Cage Cashier is also responsible for supporting slot machine ticket redemption transactions and other currency and check transactions within the casino cashiers cage.
