About The Position

The Cage Cashier at Sycuan Casino is responsible for providing exceptional guest service through various cash handling transactions and exchanges. This role involves greeting guests, processing cash and voucher transactions, and maintaining the integrity of the cash supply. The position requires effective communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet external guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Provide change and redeem slot machine tickets as requested by guests.
• Furnish guests with game and promotional information, instruction, and assistance.
• Perform cash, chip, coin, voucher, promotional, coupon, and check cashing transactions.
• Inspect and maintain bank supply integrity by identifying counterfeit coins, bills, and chips.
• Balance window inventory and prepare drops and buys.
• Record transactions mandated by Title 31 in logbook and computer.
• Pay slot jackpots and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
