About The Position

Peraton is seeking an experienced CAG Action Officer to join our USCYBERCOM team located in the Fort Meade, MD area. In this role you will provide staff/project support for Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF) Commander's Action Group (CAG). You will manage engagements, materials, and information for senior CNMF leadership interactions with Combatant Command (CCMD) Commanders / Deputy Commanders / other key leaders. Additionally, you will coordinate CNMF leadership communications across subordinate J-Directorates and the Executive Aide Staff to ensure the intent, messages, and themes for CNMF are synchronized, harmonized, clear, and consistent. The goal is command communications 'with one voice.' You will also coordinate input and craft presentations, papers, and materials in accordance with CNMF senior leadership direction for command projects, proposals, and initiatives. It is essential to remain conversant with the vision, mission, and intent of CNMF Commander and issues considered by the Service and functional-area Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (JFHQ) commands. Lastly, you will perform ad hoc tasks in execution of Commander's Cyber Mission priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a HS diploma and 12 years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst, with a cyber or SIGINT focus.
  • 8 years of experience with a BA/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Understands Cyber Mission and grasps implications of policy and operations in cyberspace.
  • Experience in direct support of General or Flag Officer as CAG Action Officer or Executive Officer or Assistant.
  • Demonstrated maturity in developing and delivering strategic, executive level communications.
  • Strong functional capabilities in PowerPoint, Confluence and/or Sharepoint.
  • Highly organized, flexible with tasking, and has strong ability to multitask.
