Responsibilities

• Assist in production and service of meals
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and as directed
• Follow strict food safety, allergen, nutrition, and portion control guidelines
• Record accurate meal counts
• Handle money accurately and cash out students and adults as needed
• Any other duties as assigned by the Managers or Director
