About The Position
Cafeteria Worker Substitutes - Daily & On Call Job Title: Cafeteria Worker Substitute School Year: 2025-2026 Organizational Relationship or Line of Authority: Reports to Cafeteria Manager Compensation: $18.50 per hour
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent preferred but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred
- Basic knowledge of math
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Prepares meals for delivery in the community and lunches for students if necessary in school
- Wash pots/pans, etc.
- If needed stock milk and other supplies
- Wash down tables
- Assist in wiping down cafeteria area
- Assist in sweeping floor
- Assist with other duties as necessary– see Manager
