About The Position
The Cafeteria Technician position at ECU Health Medical Center is integral to the Food and Nutrition Services department, which plays a crucial role in providing quality food service to both patient and non-patient customers. The technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of food service equipment, as well as the preparation and service of food and beverages. As a part-time position, the technician will be expected to work primarily during the afternoons and evenings, with shifts extending until 10 PM. There may also be opportunities to work some day shifts, providing flexibility in scheduling. The role requires a commitment to quality service and adherence to health and safety standards, ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
