Requirements

• Ability to lift 35 lbs+ regularly and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
• Prior food preparation or cooking experience preferred
• Must consent to a background check and drug screening
• Commitment to food safety and workplace cleanliness
• Dependable and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold meals according to daily menus and company recipes
• Ensure food is cooked, seasoned, and presented properly and on time
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including equipment and prep stations
• Follow portion control, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the cafeteria team to ensure smooth meal service and a positive dining experience
• Assist with setup and cleanup before and after each meal period
